We keep our focus simple so we can have the biggest impact possible. Everything we do as a church is filtered through our focus on helping every person take the next steps in their relationship with Jesus.
Our Mission
The mission of Ironbridge Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Our Purpose
To glorify God by creatively sharing the love of Christ with ALL peoples and ALL generations through prayer, worship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism.
Our Vision
To see ALL peoples and ALL generations creatively sharing the love of Jesus Christ by guiding generations to passionately follow Christ one home at a time.
Our Leadership & Oversight
Jesus is the one all of us are looking to for direction and decisions. We are congregational which means the church body has final authority in managing its internal and external affairs. We have a Pastoral Staff that oversees the regular operation, teaching, and equipping of the church. We also have a Leadership Team, approved by the congregation, that handles responsibilities ranging from support to accountability. Our Deacon body serves in spiritual guidance and ministry care.
Our Small Group leaders provide front-line care for the people who attend their groups. This is where people build close relationships and our Small Group Leaders provide guidance, encouragement, and support.
